Vera Prochazkova is a physician and Senator in the Czech Senate. This year, she introduced legislation that would provide a process for resolving NBT/PIT conflicts. The process looks similar to that in the Five Society Statement. After all, one of the Five Societies was the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine.
The Senate Health Committee passed her bill, sending it to the full Senate.
