California

• Plaintiffs lost at N.D. Cal. Their appeal has been pending for >1 year before the 9th Cir. after oral arguments in June 2025.

Colorado

• The D. Colo. magistrate recommended dismissal.

Delaware

• Plaintiffs lost at D. Del. Their appeal is pending before the 3rd Cir.

Illinois

• The N.D. Ill. has not yet ruled on preliminary injunction or motion to dismiss.

New York

• The E.D.N.Y. has not yet ruled on preliminary injunction or motion to dismiss.
