Here is a rehearsal video of my presentation at ISDM 2026 - Legal Mandates for SDM & PDAs: U.S. Policy & Implementation. 

I argue that DHHS, the USDOJ, or qui tam relators should enforce widespread measured noncompliance with Medicare's four National Coverage Determinations requiring shared decision making.
