New York Updates MOLST Regulations

The New York Department of Health has issued (and here) a fast series of  "Dear Administrator" letter updating the rules for MOLST forms.

Among many other changes, the DOH clarifies that a health care agent or surrogate cannot change the decision to withhold/withdraw treatment that the patient had already made when they had capacity.
