On the same day that MAID legislation passed the Delaware Senate, MAID legislation passed the Nevada Assembly. Interestingly, both state legislature earlier passed MAID bills only to get vetoed by their respective Governors.
This year, Delaware has a new Governor. Unfortunately, Nevada still has the same Governor which indicates the bill will be vetoed again.
