Oregon Death with Dignity Act - 2024 Annual Report

The Oregon Health Authority has published its 27th annual report on medical aid in dying.

While prescriptions are up, deaths are down. Deaths from MAID still comprise fewer than 1% of all Oregon deaths. Fewer than 5% pf prescriptions were for non-residents.
