France's new MAID law has passed both the legislature and the Constitutional Council. And it has been signed by President Macron. The Journal officiel de la République française n° 0192 du 19 août 2026 is here.
Now, the Ministry of Health must issue implementing regulations. The law should go into effect in early 2027.
