International Shared Decision Making (ISDM) Conference

While most of my recent meetings and presentations have focused on end-of-life options, I am excited to participate, in a few days, in the 13th International Shared Decision Making (ISDM) Conference, at Dartmouth College in the scenic Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. 

Of course, SDM and EOL overlap. Sessions will tackle questions such as "assess the current implementation of shared decision-making modalities for brain tumor patients." And "the effect of illness uncertainty and self-efficacy on ... parents of infants in the neonatal intensive care unit."
