Brain Death - Texas Court Prohibits Hospital from Performing Tests

I recently blogged about a New York court that issued an injunction prohibiting the hospital from conducting brain death testing. This is one of the most frequent types of disputes involving brain death. 

Now a Texas court has issued a similar injunction. Annelise Camp v. Texas Children's Hospital, No. 202635830 (Harris County, Tex. June 2026). The parties go back to court next week.
