It looks like Oklahoma will become the third state to adopt the new Uniform Health Care Decisions Act. Both chambers of the legislature passed H.B. 1687, and have sent it to Governor Kevin Stitt.
Delaware and Utah have already adopted the new UHCDA. Hawaii, Nebraska, Nevada, and Virginia have also seriously considered adoption.
