Compassion & Choices is best known for its advocacy in defending and authorizing laws on medical aid in dying (MAID). But the Spring 2025 issue of its magazine illustrates how C&C does much more to protect end-of-life liberty.
For example, I am pleased to see C&C tackling noncompliance with advance directives. As I described in a series of articles, penalties for such unwanted treatment have been growing.
