The Scottish Parliament Health, Social Care and Sport Committee has just published a 123-page scrutiny of the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill.
The Committee made no overall recommendation concerning the general principles of the Bill. But it identifies a number of areas which it has concluded would benefit from further consideration.
