I had not previously heard the phrase "facility wide DNR order." Apparently, neither did the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings.
So, this became one issue in a recent judgment recommending revocation of an assisted living facility's license (AHCA v. Calvinelle South Assisted Living, No. 24-0241). In fact, some residents were not DNR. But this had little practical impact, as the staff did not know how to perform CPR.
