Bioethics in 2035 - More MAID, More AI-Assisted Decision Making, and More Legislative Interference

Earlier this month, I addressed what healthcare ethics would look like in 10 years, in 2035. Here is a video of the session on YouTube. This was at Emory University for the 30th Annual Healthcare Ethics Consortium Conference

I focused on three trends. In 2035, we will see:

  1. More MAID
  2. More AI-assisted decision making, especially for incapacitated patients
  3. More legislative interference with evidence based medicine
