The 19th International Conference on Clinical Ethics Consultation (ICCEC) is coming up in early June. A significant number of sessions address MAID. Others address other end-of-life issues like medical futility disputes and conscience based objections.
I enjoyed the last two ICCEC (in Rome and Montreal). But I have a conflict this year with multiple meetings in early June in Minneapolis, Boston, and Oxford. But if you enjoy ASBH, you will likely also enjoy ICCEC, especially if you value a less-U.S., centric focus.
