Delaware Poised to Authorize Medical Aid in Dying

Last year, the Delaware legislature passed MAID legislation that was ultimately vetoed by the governor. This year, the new governor said he will sign the bill.

He may soon have that chance. Last night, H.B. 140 passed the House (debate and vote video). The bill now heads to the Senate.
