The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will hear oral arguments in United Spinal Association, et al. v. State of California, et al. on March 26, 2025.
The plaintiffs appeal a district court ruling dismissing their claims that the California EOLOA violates the federal ADA and related constitutional protections.
