Montana has just introduced legislation to be considered in the 2025 session that would revise laws to require all healthcare providers honor do not resuscitate instructions.
This is already the law in Montana as illustrated by the Rodney Knoepfle verdict. But it may help to clarify duties by making them more explicit.
