Hundreds of hospitals and other healthcare entities have submitted their Service Availability Forms to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. They will all be posted by October 1, 2024. These forms summarize information on the availability of services and procedures related to:
- Reproductive healthcare services
- LGBTQIA+ healthcare services
- End-of-life healthcare services
Hopefully, CDPHE will create a searchable tool so patients can find which facilities will, for example, supports VSED and MAID.
