Delaware Is 3rd State to Consider New Uniform Health Care Decisions Act

Last summer, the Uniform Law Commission approved big changes and improvements to the 1993 Uniform Health Care Decisions Act.  

No state has yet enacted the new UHCDA. But it has been introduced for consideration in several states, including Nebraska, Nevada, and now Delaware.
