Last year, Colorado enacted the Patient Right to Know Act. Among other things it requires the creation of a Service Availability Form, which affected health facilities must complete and make available to the department, patients, and the public, which indicates which of the listed healthcare services are generally available or are subject to denial of care.
The form has now been completed and will be ready to deploy by August 2024.
