Despite requests to expedite their review because of Tinslee Lewis' ongoing suffering at Cook Children's, the Supreme Court of Texas is still considering whether to review an intermediate appellate court's judgment that the Texas Advance Directive Act is unconstitutional.
Most recently, an interesting group of disability rights and pro-life groups filed an amicus brief in support of Tinslee's family.
