In September 2019, Bobby Reyes died from an asthma attack. For nearly a month, his parents contested the determination of death on neurological criteria.
Now, they are suing the County EMS dispatch that directed the ambulance to the wrong location. The federal complaint alleges that but for that negligence, Bobby probably would have survived.
