Blackbird - Film Depicts Medical Aid in Dying with All Star Cast

Here is the trailer for Blackbird, a new movie about a woman who has decided to end her life with MAID after battling with ALS for years. “Once we set a date, I stopped worrying about dying, and I could focus more on living.”

The patient and her husband summon the extended family to their home for one last goodbye. But tensions during the long weekend become strained as unresolved family issues rise to the surface. 

The film will be available on demand September 18, 2020. It stars Susan Sarandon, Kate Winslet, Sam Neill, Rainn Wilson, and Mia Wasikowska.
