Today, the Texas Court of Appeals issued a 150-page decision in Tinslee Lewis v. Cook Children's Hospital.
The court ruled against the hospital, sending the case back to the trial court to continue. But this is a serious challenge to the constitutionality of the dispute resolution provisions in the Texas Advance Directives Act. I will blog more after I finish reading the majority and dissenting opinions. But I am delighted to see some of my articles cited by the court.
