I have been posting judgments in both U.S. and British medical futility cases. But I am only hitting the tip of the iceberg.
The Daily Mail notes that many medical futility cases do not result in public judgments. Looking at the broader set, they report that the courts decided almost every single pediatric case in favor of clinicians. Indeed, the recent Tafida Raqeeb case is the only recent case (of twenty-two) in which the court sided with parents.
