Texas Advance Directives Act - Supreme Court Update

Earlier this month, the Texas Supreme Court refused to hear a case challenging the constitutionality of the dispute resolution provisions in the Texas Advance Directives Act. 

This week, the plaintiffs asked the court to reconsider that decision.
