Hearing on Final Exit Network Constitutional Challenge to Minnesota Assisted Suicide Law

Join me on Friday, November 30, 2018 for a hearing on the Attorney General of Minnesota's motion to dismiss Final Exit Network's Amended Complaint, which challenges the constitutionality of the Minnesota law against "assisting in a suicide."

The hearing will take place in Room 3A of the U.S. Courthouse, 316 North Robert Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota. The hearing is open to the public.

Final Exit Network seeks a determination that the Minnesota law is unconstitutional in violation of the First Amendment-protected right to free speech for making it a crime in Minnesota to explain to people how to accomplish self-deliverance.
