Unrepresented Patients in South Korea - Big Problems

I have written a great deal about how we make (and should make) treatment decisions for unrepresented patients. But even the worst U.S. law creates fewer problems than the rules in South Korea

Requiring "unanimous" consent of "all" family is a tall order that often cannot be filled. Consequently, many patients continue getting treatment that they do not want.
