Growing Consensus on the Need to Revise the Uniform Determination of Death Act

With law and neurology colleagues, I published two articles, in the past few weeks, that propose a Revised Uniform Determination of Death Act, the RUDDA. The shorter article is in the Annals of Internal Medicine. The longer article is in the Journal of Law, Medicine and Ethics.
