Texas "10 Day Rule" for Medical Futility Conflicts - Tinslee Lewis

Texas Right to Life is using the Tinslee Lewis case to jump start its judicial and legislative attacks on the dispute resolution provisions in the Texas Advance Directives Act.

    The bill failed. There is a DNR consent law. But it is arguably eviscerated by TADA.
