BTW, in case you're wondering why I went with Word rather than PDF, there really is a reason for it. As a disability rights group, we try to post things in accessible formats. Scanned documents in PDF are unreadable to people who use any kind of screen reader.
Sometimes, of course, there's not much of a choice. Sometimes we'll link to podcasts or radio shows that don't have a transcript, which makes the information inaccessible to dear and hard of hearing readers of the blog.
